IMPORTANT COVID-19 POLICY CHANGES
A credit card will be MANDATORY to book and hold your appointment. We will ask for your card when scheduling and it will be encrypted and stored in our system. Your card will NOT be charged at this time. When booking a CoolSculpting treatment, a $100 non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED and will be used towards your total treatment invoice.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: If you NO SHOW or CANCEL (less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment) you WILL be charged a $100 non-refundable fee. No shows due to COVID will be refunded ONLY with a doctor's note.
If you prepaid and NO SHOW or CANCEL less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you WILL be billed $100 prior to scheduling your next appointment.
Please ARRIVE at your scheduled appointment 5-10 minutes ahead of time. If you are running more than 15 MINUTES LATE, your appointment WILL be canceled, and you WILL be charged a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee.
NEW ONLINE FORMS. Prior to your appointment, you will receive an email from TouchMD labeled "IMPORTANT: Newtown MediSpa Appointment Forms/Consents". There will be a link for you to set up a username and password. Forms will need to be completed PRIOR to coming to your appointment. If your TouchMD forms are NOT completed prior to arrival, your appointment will be canceled and you WILL be charged a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Please note NO GUESTS are permitted inside to accompany you at your appointment unless you are the parent or guardian of a minor scheduled for treatment.
At this time, we will NOT be numbing any clients at the office prior to treatment. If you require numbing, you can purchase our topical numbing agent online after your phone consultation with one of our providers. We will ship it to you with detailed instructions. Please follow the instructions EXACTLY to avoid any complications
