Debra is a Nationally Board Certified and accredited Physician Assistant with an elite additional surgical residency and certification in surgery. Practicing for over 25+ years in the medical field, including Women’s health care, Emergency Medicine, and Aesthetic Medicine. She is an Allergan Medical Institute Faculty Member, one of two practitioners in Connecticut to hold that distinction. Debra travels throughout New England and New York City to educate Physicians, APRNs, PAs, and RN’s on the proper technique and artistry of facial aesthetics using Botox, Juvederm, and Kybella. She is also a clinical educator for five different universities, teaching medical students how to perform procedural skills such as the fine arts of injections. Her extensive experience is recognized through the perfection and refinement of her aesthetic skills. In 2012, Debra decided to open Newtown MediSpa, an innovative, luxurious but very welcoming space that encourages everyone who walks in the door to feel like family and leave feeling their best! Her empathy, vision and “Medical Artistry” is what allows her to stand out in this industry. Her hard work and dedication to service have helped Newtown MediSpa become one of the fastest-growing Medical Spa's in Connecticut. She has selected a strong and talented team of women that say she is the “best boss” even though she highly dislikes being called the “boss”. Her compassion and artistry are complemented by her elite training with some of the world’s leading injectors. Debra is a Newtown resident, is a mother of three girls and enjoys gardening, Crossfit, traveling, karaoke, and spending time with her family. She is an animal lover and has two German Shepherds, Luna and Buddy, and a Cavapoo named Goose.
