Frequently Asked Questions
How much is the Botox Monthly Club?
The monthly membership fee starts at $58 a month (plus tax) and goes up from there depending on the level you want to join. Just give us a call and we'd be happy to help you determine which membership level is best for you.
How much am I really saving?
You are saving a lot, especially if you stay on your regular treatment regimen (Botox treatments are recommended every 3-4 months). You can potentially save up to $700+ a year just on Botox. Members can save up to $4.75 per unit with the Botox Monthly Club. Plus, you will get exclusive membership savings on other services.
How does it work?
At the first of every month, we will automatically bill your credit card on file for your monthly membership. Once the transaction has been approved, your monthly "units" will be added to your account to use at any time. If for some reason your card on file didn't work, we will contact you for a new payment method so you do not miss out on accumulating your "units".
Will I lose my "units"?
No, your "units" will be there until you use them. The only exception is if you "no show" or "cancel" your appointment (outside our 24-hour cancelation window), you will forfeit that month's "units".
When can I join?
You can join the Botox Monthly Club anytime, in person or over the phone. It's that easy.
What if I need more "units" than what I have in my account?
If you do use more than what is "banked" in your account, at your appointment, you will be billed at our normal price per unit. Don't worry, you can use your Alle/Aspire coupons for this. If this occurs frequently, you may want to "move" up a level to avoid paying the normal per-unit price for overages.
Can I cancel the membership?
Yes, there is no contract, and you can cancel your membership anytime before the next billing cycle. All we ask is that you send us an email to appts@newtownmedisa.com prior to the 1st of the month, stating that you would like to cancel.
Can I change membership levels?
Absolutely. At any time you can call us to change your membership level to meet your needs.
